The featured speaker this month is Sharon Diaram, Sourcing Leader for Florida Power & Light

Sharon is a sourcing leader for FPL, the third-largest electric utility in the United States, serving approximately 5 million customer accounts or an estimated 10 million people across Florida. Sharon joined the company’s Integrated Supply Chain six years ago. In this role, she is responsible for supporting services with a focus on power plant operations for fossil, wind, solar and gas. Her team develops, negotiates, and executes sourcing agreements and contracts for services and materials. Sharon was raised in Toronto, Canada and worked as a customer service supervisor at Hydro One
Limited, Canada’s largest electricity transmission and distribution service provider.
